• LOVE Indigo Yoga! I saw the "Free First Wednesday" on Facebook last year, tried it out and have never left. It's not only the yoga, it's the community and culture that Indigo provides that keeps me coming back. I am so grateful and I tell everyone about it all the time!!

• For someone who has never stepped foot in a yoga studio, I can say this has been an amazing experience already. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. They really make it about a lifestyle change and not about how you look but how you feel! This was one of my hardest decisions and so far one of my best!

• I absolutely loved the teachers coming around to correct my form. I loved the fresh scented towel at the end. The free banana and the environmentally friendly water fountain to refill your reusable water bottle. The music was a bit of a distraction. I would prefer something classical or instrumental. Maybe natural sounds.

• I had been away from the studio far too long, and my visit yesterday re confirmed YOGA is so good for the SOUL!! So many faces had smiles upon them as well as a glow of wellness and peace.
