• Indigo is like chocolate cake or wine- it never disappoints! A little yoga sesh cures the work week blues or period bloat; it's cheap therapy for a break up; and it makes a good day even better. Indigo yoga is my therapist, personal trainer and mom all rolled into one sweaty package.

• Ok. The first day I went to Indigo yoga I had a plan to workout at the gym afterwards. I didnt need to because it was a workout. A very thorough workout. Also, the instructors were friendly, as well as accomodating. Id recomend it to everyone.

• What a great experience I had in Marta's class! This was my first time to Indigo Yoga and my first time with any kind of flow yoga. The room was very comfortably warm and the instruction and demonstration was clear. I really loved the music played toward the end of class and the cold, lavender-infused cloth on my forehead was refreshing and spa-like. Beautiful, clean studio. I'll certainly return!

• I came for the free session on Saturday, Oct 29th. I didn't know until I got there that it would be hot yoga!! The staff was very friendly & encouraging, and definitely helped me survive my first-ever yoga class! Great experience overall.

• Indigo yoga is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and they are always giving options to make moves easier or harder depending on your experience level. The instructors are fantastic and the bathroom and locker room is exceptionally clean
