• This was my first experience with yoga..., and I loved it! I am one of those guys who is not very flexible. I was nervous about attempting a yoga class. However, the instructor, Taylor, was fantastic. She explained things well, and the helpers for the class were super encouraging in their support. There were different levels of experience in the class I attended, but I never felt "out of place." I'll definitely be back!
