• I have always loved this studio. I no longer live in the area so I have to drop In occasionally when my schedule allows. This Friday’s class was great. I loved the sequence that the instructor put together.

• My first time visiting Indigo Yoga, I was a harried mess. But even though I flew past the door five minutes behind start time, the girls greeting me were immediately warm and welcoming. Their calm was what I needed to get started on the right foot that early morning, and the practice carried out from there. A little hardcore mixed with a little diligent peace was the perfect combination I needed to have a fresh start.

• I signed up after trying the class once. The quick progression of the poses combined with the temp is very effective for me. All the teachers have been great so far. My favorite part is the cold lavender towel they give you at the end of each class.
