• Yesterday I returned to my mat after a two month hiatus. While I was waiting for the instructor (Molly) to come in I was kind of in panic mode with too many things on my mind. I was thinking about how it's been too long since I have practiced and wondering how I can incorporate it back into my jam packed schedule. When Molly walked in she stated how calm everyone was. It made me laugh because on the inside I was the complete opposite of calm. As soon as we started though I was reminded just how this practice continually cures my anxieties and by the end of class I was relieved from my worries. Thank you Molly for an amazing class and to all of the instructors for always reminding me to breathe. I truly love and appreciate you all.

• The staff was very welcoming and so were the other guests. The studio is lovely, simple, serene and so clean. The instructor gave wonderful instructions and walked through during class to work with those who needed form or position help. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
