• Since my first class almost exactly one year ago, there is no other place I'd rather be than at Indigo on my mat. I was addicted after my very first experience, a testament to both the teachers and the community. I was apprehensive at first being an overweight guy, but my anxiety turned to comfort after only a few minutes of practicing. 200+ classes and 25 pounds later, I feel better than I thought was possible. I encourage literally any person no matter your age, sex, weight, fitness level to just try it once, you will be hooked!
