• I was a consistent yogi for a year, attending 4-6 classes most weeks. I stopped my membership at the end of June this summer due to a move and yesterday 11/3/18 was my first class since.... I felt like life had hit me like a truck and hot yoga is a tangible earthly, beautiful way to restore the body calm the soul and recharge the mind with peace. So glad to be back!!!

• Indigo is my home because -- while I have had amazing experiences at many of the studios in DFW -- I have never had a better experience than @ Indigo. I feel seen and valued, there, and regardless of the particular class type or instructor, Indigo's team and community create space in which I can practice self-care -- however that looks, on a given day -- and offer me support and encouragement as I do so.
