• This studio is absolutely incredible from the instructors to the cleanliness to the staff. Not to mention the classes they are different depending on the instructor but have helped me from my posture, to my stress. I love it here and drive 30 mins 4 days a week I've tried other studios but non compare to this studio. Also the times make it convenient for people that have difficult schedules
