• The staff was very friendly. The woman who was working the front desk helped walk me through everything I needed to know. I was like a fish out of water during class and didn't know most of the poses, which I'm sure was quite obvious, yet the instructor and other students were nothing but kind, helpful, and supportive. The environment was clean and easy to navigate. It was an all around positive experience.
