• Annette is very helpful and seems to really care about your experience there. The pods seem to be top-of-the-line and extremely relaxing. My favorite edition are the 3D massage chairs. They were absolutely amazing. I am an experiential marketer and I just noticed a few low-cost things I would add to make it so that everyone leaving a session couldn't wait to tell someone about their experience.

• It would be nice to (1) have 2 towels for women, especially since you absolutely have to wash your hair. Also body lotion, tampons, cotton balls, q-tips, etc, which nowadays is standard fare in a upscale spa, would be noticed and appreciated.
