• Amazing customer service, I was so scared to do this and had the best experience. Jacob at the front desk was great at explaining and helping me with the process. Really enjoyed the downtime afterwards, reflecting on my experience etc. Will recommend to everyone I know, and look forward to trying another float with my new membership soon!

• The construction going on in the roof made it a little noisy during the session as well as made me feel workers could possibly be peeking through the vents if they chose to be creeps.
