The instructor, hannah Gomez, was fun, personable and very skilled in leading yesterday's class. I felt challenged AND comfortable asking for modifications as needed. She also instinctively knew where the class was at and customized it to our personal abilities. I would DEFINITELY take her class again. It was wonderful
