I really liked everything. The teacher was good and all the equipment was nice. I liked the flow of the class and that we covered the whole body. The room was really cold though. (Maybe just me.)

I have been going to In Balance Pilates for the past four years and have loved it. The staff are all great instructors and the general feel in the facility is warm and welcoming.
