Real yoga in a clean, calm and inviting space. Classes offered by trained, experienced teachers teaching in a variety of styles. Schedule offers enough options for class times to make attending fit most any schedule. I find it easy to attend and makes yoga accessible for all ages, abilities and experience levels. Thank you.
