The staff was friendly and professional. The fitness studio was clean and safe. Staff cleaned mats and heavy bags throughly between classes. Instructors were friendly, well versed in techniques for correct form and were able to adapt techniques for the individual. The music was up beat and the class was fun. New class members were kept near instructor to make sure techniques were understood and form was correct to prevent an injury. When one instructor was helping a student another student was having some difficulty and Isabelle spotted the student even though she was not teaching the class, but she immediately went to the student to help her. As a business owner myself I was very impressed with her professionalism and the professionalism of your instructors.
