Isabel is great, she obviously knows what she's doing and takes the time to explain each move thoroughly, making sure we all know how to do them properly without injuring ourselves. She also gives ample time for stretching which is extremely important.

First class after covid and Lisa the trainer was amazing and it felt good knowing she checked in on me making sure I was ok. She's amazing! Love kickboxing classes!!
