It was a super good workout and I love to try something new and so do my friends

I had a nice time the people were friendly everybody got along nice to see smiling faces we all were sweating our hearts were beating the movement and the music was great the next day I woke up I wasn't as sore as I thought I may have been plus I need the workout the place was good and clean and they clean after you with disinfectant
