• ILK keeps me accountable and gives me the energy I truly need every day! My staff and family are noticing big differences with my energy and focus and overall change in weight--and it hasn't been a full 2 weeks yet!!!! I know by doing this, it is helping me serve the community with optimum potential. The 6 week challenge was the best thing I have decided for myself --I do plan on continuing as a member because of how important it is to maintain progress and overall health!

• I have thoroughly enjoyed my classes at the Evansville location. They are engaging and have helped me tone up and be able to start to get back into the shape I was in before I had my son. The atmosphere is wonderful and you do not feel any judgement at all! The coaches are wonderful and supportive. I just wish it cost a little less each month.
