The workout was great and the instructors were helpful and approachable. I only gave 9 instead of 10 because the cost and level of exercise would be prohibitive to some people, so I would only recommend this to friends and family who I thought could afford it and handle the workout.

I really liked all the encouragement that everyone gave as well as the fact that they took time to go over the goals and reasons for trying it out. I felt very welcomed and did not feel judged at all even though I couldn't do everything full out.
