Fantastic class with leiko. Just what I needed. Identifies the areas I need to work on and then given some really good exercises.
Roisin is a great teacher - really supportive and knowledgeable and very focussed on the right technique. This was exactly the programme I was looking for when I first started. I'll be signing up for the next stage of my yoga journey.
