The workshop was perfect. Life/work etc had got in the way of taking any classes for a while, so I was quite apprehensive whilst also looking forward to it. I had forgotten how much yoga helps me and how much I enjoy it. I could probably write an essay about this workshop, it was perfect.
Aways enjoy Saskia yoga and first time with Marcus was strong flow,extremely enjoy the yang yin session.
