The Pilates instructor Sharon is excellent. She pushes me within my limitations. I love the studio too - it's friendly, clean and stylish.

Eventhough there was a change of plan to the class due to Steff being unwell sunni was fab and made the class so enjoyable!
The healing I received from sunni was wonderful, she is a natural!!
