The studio was clean, the staff was so friendly, and the class was high energy and so rewarding! The infrared heat is different but definitely a good different hot yoga experience.

Studio is clean and welcoming. Fun upbeat instructor provides an incredible workout that makes the time fly. Only downfall is it's very very loud and hard to hear the instructor.

Ash taught a great class (per usual😊), super clean in there and loved not having to deal with the humidity but still had the heat and algotna good sweat sesh in!!

I like the set up of the building. Separate bathrooms & shower rooms are nice. The cool towel is super refreshing. It was a tad hard to hear Ashley in class today, mainly toward the end when we were doing work on the floor. Otherwise I really like it!
