The atmosphere in the studio is like no other! From the infrared heat to the lights and music, you will not find a more unique workout. The variety of classes and knowledge/love of the instructors is what keeps me coming back for more!

Great workout. Heat feels more like a dry heat. much better tolerated than other hot yoga. Not as much sweat on my mat which makes some exercises difficult
