Love the environment! Wish that there were some different options for class times and that classes weren't so jam packed sometimes though!

The time was great for the class. Hard to find and early morning Sunday morning class. The class was challenging but the environment was friendly. Upbeat, fun, hard, empowering .... all the must haves in a group fitness class.
