I feel amazing after continuing to come to Ignite. It has helped to challenge me mentally and physically, making me stronger. All of the instructors are wonderful, very friendly and it’s a full body workout every time. They are encouraging with their “letsssss goooooo!!!” chants and fun music! Great workout every time. Highly recommended!!!
