I really enjoy the classes offered there a good variety of Cardio, body toning and strengthing through pilates and using equipment. I like the personalized feel of the classes. Also the variety of trainers and teachers and their high level of knowledge and skills in teaching and instructing the lessons to us is excellent!
Christines Pilates Class is great please add more Pilates Matt classes and more instructors
