The ambiance, attention to detail, safety protocol, knowledgeable and friendly teachers, well structured classes (meet class expectations a vinyasa class offers sun salutation poses and doesn't spend half an hour in meditation) lots of parking.

Studio is beautiful, room is airy and spacious, Cliff is a great teacher, I love the 5:30 time slot. I took off a point for the overall appearance of the building exterior and all the people in the shared lobby waiting for restaurant food pick up.

We have been members for many years at IGita and have always felt most if not all the classes to be beneficial. The instructors are knowledgeable helpful, friendly, and caring. Maureen and Monica have gone out of their way to make our family feel welcome. We value our membership at IGita and hope to continue with our well-being as IGita being a part of that.
