The instructor is Amazing and the price for a virtual class is appealing.
The yin stretch class that I attended was exactly what i needed. I loved the added rest poses. The virtual library allows me to take a class based on my personal schedule.
I assume this is Alice's class. I call her the torture class and love it. She does it with a laugh and smile. And excellent workout
