Ability to use 10 class pass for different sessions on different days with different teachers. Rapid switch to running classes via Zoom so no interruption in classes. Teachers are all friendly but also good at challenging and encouraging me to improve my technique and do more than I thought I could.

Valentina Fruzzetti’s online class is enabling our normal physical class to continue. Excellent tuition with a social aspect.

The variety of classes and convenience, individual style of teachers, small group classes verses the personal results one feels from the experience, I cannot recommend Pilates enough to everyone - Men for women alike.
