  • EACH INSTRUCTOR HAS THEIR OWN STYLE. THEY EXPLAIN CLEARLY WHAT MOVES WE ARE TAKING AND THEY SEEM TO BE WATCHING ALL THE PARTICIPANTS. I BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD INCORPORATE PILATES INTO THEIR WEEKLY ROUTINE.
