I've had a membership for 2 years and have been going to the studio for 5 years
I AM Yoga is a super educational and care-FULL studio! The instructors take the time to make sure clients are holding poses correctly and with care. It's a very radiant (like one of their signs says) environment with friendly staff and clients. I AM Yoga is client-centered! It's not about ego! It's refreshing to practice at a studio that's non-judgmental! Instead, they accept everyone from beginners to advanced, and they encourage your best! I have such a confidence boost when I leave.
