It's the most authentic yoga practice I have found since moving to Tulsa from LA. I feel like classes with I Am Yoga is the real deal and it's coming from a true understanding of yoga.
In addition...even though you offer an online version of classes I never felt like I'm in the class being filmed....which is a big deal for me!
Every yoga class Ive attended in the Tulsa area Ive struggled with feeling comfortable or able to get into the zone because someone always has a camera on us....either the teacher is walking around filming or another student is filming themselves. I find this very disruptive.
We're going to make happy hour yoga a regular thing for my sister-in-law's and myself! 🙏❤🙏
