  • What would've made it a 10 for me is just knowing the Covid vaccine policy ahead of time. Because I called to make my appointment I didn't hear the Covid policies over the phone. When I showed up for my appointment I was completely blindsided by I needing to provide my vaccine card / information or wear a mask. I'm happy to wear a mask I just would've wanted to know all the information before I arrived. I am vaccinated and I'm really proud of that! But I don't carry my vaccine card around. However if I had known the policies for your practice ahead of time I certainly would've brought it. Communication and awareness surrounding Covid policies prior to the appointment would have made it a 10. Aside from that I think the services were great. The staff was awesome. The treatment was painless and really refreshing. I do want to come back. Hope this helps
