I absolutely loved the class!!! The space was super clean, everyone was so welcoming. I was a little (ok, a lot) nervous about the heat, but it was great. In the past, I felt horrible after taking a hot class. But yesterday I felt like a million bucks!! Planning on returning this Friday, and trying to fit another class in during the week as well. My only complaint is that I didn't try a class sooner!!

Great environment, never the same class twice, plenty of space for everyone, never had an issue with not being able to sign up for a class Positive mindsets!
