Excellent experience. Only thing I would mention.... I am experienced in yoga and had an easy time following the verbal cues. My friend who is not so experienced was having a hard time following b/c she didn't know the names of the poses so she kept looking around the room. She also mentioned to me that she wished there were modifications to the poses since she was a beginner. Regardless of that, we both had a great experience and thought the music, pace, and sequence was great over all.
