• I absolutely loved the tour! The aura of the entire facility was very uplifting and the staff was very kind & welcoming. I also liked that they have programs and trainers dedicated to physical & mental well-being. I'm definitely considering switching to this gym.

• The tour was informative and the place is magnificent! Corey was polite and really seemed to know the facility! The juice bar ladies were very nice as well. Customer Service in South Florida is terrible most places, so I was surprised(unfortunately) that everyone was really friendly! When I have some real money I will be back, but in the mean time I will share my experience with my clients that live out that way.

• Every class I take is always a 10. The workouts and recovery class are always in sync... in recovery we always focus on the muscle groups we worked out before so it helps in my recovery, plus when I leave my mindful mobility class I feel centered and ready to take on my day...
