• I've been a member of the HoA tribe for close to 2 years now and it truly has become like a second home to me and my family. With the guidance of the outstanding staff, I've met my weight loss goals (125 lb loss), built up muscle in my body and can now add rehabbed my knee following surgery for old injuries. Whatever my goals are Shannon, Kayleen and all of the staff have been there to help me achieve them and for that I am forever grateful.
