My lashes are very pretty and they do not itch not hurt at all. I dont feel like I was tricked into more expense than I planned that day. Many salons do that and usually don't mention added fee until after giving the service. It fee li s wrong and very disrespectful. I chose you because of a bad review! It was the fact that you replied to a complaint, with service offer. The complaint was that her lashes fell off early and you said you would have done a free fill in had she called. I know stuff goes wrong in all businesses, but customer care is not always the response to mishaps. Its huge to do good business practices, especially when spending alot of money.
