My wife and daughter both go here and love the place. Friendly helpful staff, very knowledgeable and exceptional service. If you are looking for a high end place to buy a gift for your wife I highly recommend.

Feb 7, 2023Previous reviewFirst of all salon is gross got my lashes done and the chair/table they lay you down on had a towel that was covered in previous clients hair and clearly was not changed between clients or even washed regularly. Second still getting text promotions from them despite unsubscribing and sending them screenshots proving it.

I really liked the young lady who did my facial. I think her name was Claudia. She was excellent and very professional.
When I set the appointment, I was asked to put a credit card on file. I don't like doing that. The place was really clean. I wish it wasn't that pricey because I would go all the time. The products were expensive even with 20% off.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

During COVID we were told our membership we had paid for wouldn't be cancelled. Well it was!!! There are some of the rudest people I've ever talked to working in customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! Go to a dermatologist office where they do much of the same things at a better price and you are actually being treated by a Doctor! There are several such places in the Lexington area.

My stylist was Isabel and she did a great job. She made me feel very comfortable during the 2 hour process. All of the staff was kind and helpful, they answered all of my newcomer questions. The facility is modern and clean. I will definitely be back for more services.
