I love the Southport yoga community at Bikram, the studio is nicely set up and the owners support their clients in competitions and fun activities
What a fabulous place! My first time doing Bikram Yoga and I found the studio to be beautiful with excellent instructors in so many different ways. The instructors are very friendly and welcoming and provided me with personal guidance which made me feel very comfortable as to be honest I was a bit nervous starting as a beginner. They explain with great detail so as a newby it's easy to follow along. A very professional studio, lovely atmosphere and a fantastic team. Thank you for welcoming me, Suzie :)
