Love Bikram Yoga Southport. Beautiful facilities, great instructors (lovely people, excellent experience, make it fun as well as challenging, very supportive and give great guidance). I'm only a newby, had never done bikram yoga before with a goal to get my fitness back. In my 3rd month now, joined for 6 months after 'trialling' the first month. Really love it ... was exactly what I was looking for, Suzie xx
