The main drawcard is that the teachers here are yoga teachers not gym instructors and this is a yoga studio not a gym,,,,,it is a world apart. Everyone teacher has a depth of knowledge in their specific field rather than a general grasp of "Yoga" its a yoga family.

The 2 instructors were amazing (5.45am Sat and 7am Sun) They were understanding, supportive and compassionate towards me as a first timer. Made the whole experience special for me…..and I’m looking forward to becoming a regular customer
