Bikram Hot Yoga San Mateo is awesome! I went to my first class last night and had a great experience. Upon walking into the studio I immediatley felt a wa rm vibe from the low lighting and great color scheme. I was helped right away and even though it was busy, I was able to register and purchase a yoga mat quickly. Sylvana was working behind the counter and she made sure I had everything I would need for class. The studio is big and has full length mirrors o n 3 of the 4 walls. The other wall has windows which let in natural light. This was the first time I had ever taken a bikram class and it was hard! Sylvan a, the instructor, was amazing. She leads the class, walking around to check on newcomers and correct any posture errors. After class she even spoke to me about ways to enhance the benefits and things to do before class that will help. I am coming definitley coming back!
