Sylvana taught an amazing Bikram class. We had a lot of beginners and she was very attentive to them while making sure the more experienced students worked hard!

I love this yoga studio! The instructors are great about making sure you understand how to perfect the positions and tell you the importance of each thing that you do. The hardest part is just getting yourself in the room. Once you do that they’ll take it from there. I always leave feeling like I just had the best work out in my life!

Professional and welcoming staff, clean and well designed facility, easy parking, and most of all amazing hot yoga program with multiple classes each day and variety of instructors to choose from. Love this place!

I have been doing bikram for 22 years and been to many studio throughout the world. This studio is wonderful. The teachers are helpful and very encouraging. The studio is clean and large. The heat works very well. They also have many classes which is not the case everywhere..Great place to practice.

Great experience but hot yoga is not for me! Teacher was caring and helpful. Would recommend to anyone interested in Bikram hot yoga!
