Bikram Hot Yoga in Daly City was my first experience at any type ofYoga. I have since had to travel and felt the need to visit anotherBikram Yoga place. The other place (in SoCal) had carpet andimmediately had a horrible smell on entering the room. The classroomfelt uncomfortable with too much lighting and I felt very selfconscious of my body. I really appreciate the focus at Daly City, Ifeel very good in my own skin because the leaders of the class do afantastic job at keeping everyone focused on their own bodies andminds. I have never felt ashamed of my imperfect body, instead I havecome to appreciate it for all the great things it can do. I love thefloor at Daly City, no carpet, no smell, the lighting is perfect. Ifeel energized every day after Bikram, I haven’t felt this type ofenergy since I was in high school. I’m loving it, totally recommendit!
