  • This has been my first ever experience doing any type of yoga. I personally have several areas of “weakness” (bad flexibility and recovering knee injury), but overall I feel the couple classes taken so far have been very beneficial. The stretching is long overdue and I look forward to making decent improvements. The class structure is nice and you are allowed to do what you can do - without any pressure to perform or do things you’re not ready for. The teachers describe how to modify a movement if needed and also how the movement should be performed for the more advanced. I feel the heat contributes to a much better stretch and an incredible cleansing sensation. My wife and kids also do hot yoga and I feel there’s something to be gained from it at any age.
