All the yoga instructors have been amazing! I particularly love Laura since she's very precise with the pose duration with stopwatch and it feels like we're actually learning the discipline. I also love Shelly although her classes definitely kick your butt with long poses.
I gave 9 because my girls who are both 17 yrs old love the place, and they love Laura Quach because she made an effort of knowing our names which made them feel welcome.
Unfortunately, our membership is ending at July 10. I find it too pricey to continue this membership for the 3 of us. I hope you guys can send us some sort of promo to make it less expensive.
