Best class I've ever had and the instructor Mark was so positive and conversational and reassuring!
Every instructor is incredible. Every class always leaves me feeling absolutely great. Each instructor is very unique and interested in helping all of us meet the challenge of every class.
The instruction was great. I had a marvelous work out, and I was really impressed at how i was welcomed!
