I enjoy Karen's Yoga Sculpt class. It's a great mix of yoga with weights.
Rachel is magic. She supported my last minute entry with ease & grounding energy. The divine was apparent in the space as we felt it move within us...fun was had & truths were shared. You have a lovely Community of souls to practice life alongside.
The yoga class was challenging but relaxing at the same time. Felt amazing after.
