Love the sculpt and yoga combination and Karen is incredible. Very knowledgeable and helps you correct form and overall a great energy. Wish there were more options like this at studio as I would be there everyday -Tuesday through Saturday and purchase monthly package
Lori is great and somehow always knows what her students need. She can read the room and deliver. (Wish she had more non-hot classes here. )
